Service Subscription Policy

Before purchasing CRM/DIALER Subscription, kindly review our complete Service Subscription Policy.

Recurring Charges

Customers opting for the CRM/DIALER Subscription will be charged a flat fee recurring charge per month. This charge will be automatically applied to the customer's designated payment method.

Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable

Customers are advised that the flat fee recurring charge is non-refundable and non-returnable. Once the charge has been processed, it will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

The flat fee recurring charge will continue until the customer cancels the CRM/DIALER Subscription. All Subscriptions will be cancelled at the end of billing cycle.

 

How to Cancel Your Subscription:

  1. Select the "Login/Signup" option on the top page

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Consult your email for the login link to the Customer Portal.

  4. Choose "Cancel" and provide a reason for your termination.

  5. Your subscription will conclude at the end of the current billing cycle.
